Housing Products Inc. located in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania is a wholesale distributor of high quality building materials. We are a specialized distributor to the modular housing industry in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina.

We are proud to offer such products as Andersen Windows, SilverLine Windows, Therma-Tru Doors, Alcoa Siding, JELD-WEN Interior Doors, HPI Prefinished Moldings, Challenge Steel Entry Doors. Also available are pre-finished Therma-Tru Smooth Star Doors in 28 colors to match the most popular shutter colors and pre-finished millwork in White, Dover, light stain and medium stain.

HPI Outlet is located at 301 North Arch St. (Route 405) in Milton, Pa. now open with a wide variety of building materials and appliances at extreme discount prices. Our stock currently includes windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, vanity tops, shower stalls, bathtubs, refrigerators, stoves etc. with more arriving every day.
